Sweet Bird

I bet you can't guess what this is stamped with. I never would have. I saw the technique several years ago and then forgot about it until I saw it in the latest Stamp It magazine. Here's the card 

 

The dp is from basic grey. The narrow ribbon is from making memories. The flowers are from various sources. Now to reveal the technique...drum roll please....
Sweetened Condensed Milk

Take a foam brush and lightly spread the sweetened condensed milk on the stamp and then stamp. For this I added just a touch of Egyptian Gold embossing powder by JudiKins and then heated it all until the milk turned a carmel color. Then I added just a bit of gold stickles to the center of the flowers. Just how cool is that. Hope you enjoy.

I never would have guessed sweetened condensed milk cool technique! And I laughed at your comment below, I have an almost 18 year old daughter as well!
