Nurse Tilda

A good friend of mine isn't feeling well so out came Nurse Tilda to help her feel better.
Nurse is colored in copics - almost a given anymore. The shape around her is done with spellbinders and traced on the inside with a black gel pen. The dp is bo bunny for the aqua and the peach is authentique. The flowers are prima flowers with brads in the centers. The pearls are woven around the flowers and adhered with glue dots. A big organza ribbon is tied into a bow. The spellbinders die cut at the bottom has a gold nailhead sticker in the middle.
Hope this card adds a little joy to your life too.

Edwin Seeking Polar Bears

It's been a while since I created much. December flew by. I did make a few new Christmas cards but I needed to get them out so quickly I didn't even take any pictures. Bad me, I know. However, it is a new year and time to make cards again.
My son's birthday is tomorrow so this card is for him. He always liked polar bears and these bears from Magnolia are just too cute. David is a ranger at a Boy Scout camp so this mini Edwin made me think of him. Everything is colored with copics. The dp is from basic grey. Most of the edges are roughed up with a distressing tool. The snow is Scribbles iridescent white. The wooden ornaments are from Target. The snowflakes have stardust stickles on them. The trees were colored with green a Marvy inkpad and have the Scribbles applied. I added a ribbon and bow to complete the card.
Hope you like your card, David, and Happy Birthday.
