These giraffes have long since been retired from the angel company but I like to come back to them especially for guy cards. These have been stamped on the wrong side of a paisley printed muslin and colored with prisma color pencils. I added some speckles to the grass and some glitter to the sun. Even guys need a little glitter in their lives, don't you think? After raveling the edges I stitched around them with floss. I have done counted cross stitch and smocking for years and now all I seem to use my floss for is cardmaking.

Very interesting. I love giraffes too. I like how you coloured on material. That stitching is perfect!
