This is a technique fashioned after something Tim Holtz has on his blog. The only problem was - I didn't have any of his supplies. Here is what I did. I put some Marvy ink on a craft sheet and then spritz it with water. I then layed a piece of white paper over the ink and swirled it around a bit to catch all the ink. After it dried I stamped some vines from the simply divine stamp set by the angel company using pink coral brilliance. Then I "painted" the vines with mixture of pearl ex and gum arabic. I brushed the extra off and then heat set it. Next comes the stamping of the butterfly with Memento black. I added just a touch of a couple of purple copic markers to the butterfly. I edged the paper with the coral ink pad and eggplant versacolor. The patterned paper is basic grey. I added some metallic dew drops and some ribbon.
