I have two things to share on this cool fall evening.  I may have to turn on the heat soon. Don't want to do that though until I get the furnace checked.
First is a card with Tilda playing in the leaves.

She is colored with copics. The top I originally did with the V line and then realized it was too red for the paper and ribbon so I went over it with the BV line. I won't tell you how many colors I used in the hair until I got the coloring the way I wanted it. I couldn't tell you even if you wanted me to because I don't know. The dp is from the fusion line from basic grey. I love this paper but haven't used it in quite sometime. One year I used it for my Christmas cards. There are some stickles on the top and in the leaves. The flower is from Magnolicious. The ribbon I got from my lss. The dew drops are from Robin's nest. I made this card for the challenge at for a fall or Halloween card. I don't do Halloween but I do adore fall. And for the Simon Says Challenge here.
Now for the next project - a notebook.

I used a notebook I got at Target for 6 cents. They were clearing out their school stuff to make room for Halloween. The house mouse was colored with copics. I don't know where the dp is from. Got it a scrapbook store a while back. I left the notebook pretty plain because I made it for my college age dd and I know it will go in and out of a backpack. At first I glued the paper down with modgepodge but it didn't really stick so I used yes glue and that worked. I knew it had to stick well  and to be protected I covered it with modgepodge. That way it can even have a slightly damp cloth run over it if it gets messy.
Hope you enjoy my creations.

I really like your notebook idea. The image is perfect and the modgepodge is a brilliant idea.

I like you Tilda too. I haven't seen this image before. I think your color choices and treatment were perfect for the image.

I haven't seen this Tilda image before. I really like your color choices and treatment of the image. They compliment each other well.

The house mouse is, of course, my favorite. I like the idea of adding hm to a notebook and the modgepodge idea is brilliant.

Hi Peggy,
Beautiful House Mouse image. I haven't had a chance to color one yet. :) I love your Tilda card as well. I don't know how many times I've colored something only to find out after the fact that the colors don't go well, with the card elements. I do a lot f tip to tip because of that. I would never tell by looking at your image that you had to fiddle with it. Two great projects.
