Two Tildas as one

This card was so fun to make. I wanted to use a sitting Tilda but didn't have one that was quite what I wanted so I took the head of one mini Tilda and put it on the body of another.

I just didn't want to use that hat as it is too much like Christmas and I knew I wanted to use the balloon so I decided to use the head of balloon Tilda on the cross stitch heart Tilda.

I put Tilda's hair behind her arm on the one side but on the other I put her hair in front of the braid. Of course I had to carefully trim the hair so it would look right together.

I drew in some balloon strings.

Here is the finished card. I colored over the hair between the braid and the other Tilda to make it blend better. Hope you enjoyed this short tutorial on combining heads and bodies. lol

Adorable card and great job on altering Tilda. Never thought to do that and probably couldn't do it as neat as you did.

Peggy I owe you an apology -- when I first commented I was focused on your colors and just noticed that you substituted the balloons for the candle --- pretty neat idea!
