I used Chinese Tilda and a fan from Parked on Rubber. I have no idea if the fan is still available but I love it. Everything is colored with copics and then some stickles are applied. The black and silver are done with Viva Decor pens. The silver paper is from my stash and years old. The pink flowers were from the See Spot Save section at Target a couple of years ago.
