Butterflies

This is a quick card. I saw something similar here http://www.scrapbooking247.com/flutterby-birthday/. But I couldn't do it exactly the same - 1. because I didn't have all the same supplies 2. I always like to make cards my own.
The embossing folder is from Tim Holtz. The butterflies are die cuts from memory box and the swirl stamp is from the angel company. I added some liquid pearls on the butterflies. The swirls are stamped with gingerbread chalk ink from Versa magic. The dp is from Target.
Easy but I think it is elegant.

Lighthouse Series

I need some guy cards and I never seem to have any so I pulled out my lighthouse stamp set. I used Kraft card stock, colored with prisma colored pencils and polka dot dp on all three cards.
The red and yellow "arrows" are done with washi tape. The baker's twine was from Target's one spot section.
I'm entering this one in Sketch Saturday blog http://sketchsaturday.blogspot.com/ using their sketch.
And Red Rubber Designs to use polka dots http://blog.red-rubber-designs.com/

Next up:
The blue on this was done with DCWV card stock and embossed with a Tim Holtz embossing folder and then sanded to let some of the white core show through. The flags are done with washi tape.

And lastly:
The red dots are nailhead stickers. I have always loved the swirly clips but it has been a long time since I used them.

All these stamps are available at http://www.red-rubber-designs.com/
All the lights are done with stickles.
I even used lots of scraps to make these cards - of course I still have way more scraps left than I used. lol

Hope you have enjoyed this series.
